Senior Night

Another big congratulations to all of our graduating sharks! We had 7 seniors swim their last home swim meet last night at Sherwood. Unfortunately Hayley Geis and Brian Mahan were traveling out of the country and not there for the celebration. Hayley has swam for Sherwood since 2001, swam for R. J. Reynolds High School, and will be going to USC this fall. Brian Mahan has been swimming for Sherwood since 2001 and will be a senior this fall at Reynolds High School. Luke Brown was also recognized last night. He will be a senior at R. J. Reynolds High School but will be traveling next summer after his senior year. Last night Charli Tedder, Savannah Jackson, Peter Harrison, and Coach Max Wolfe swam in style in their cap and gowns for their last relay swim ever at Sherwood. Charli Tedder has been swimming for Sherwood since 1999, graduated from Reynolds, will be attending the UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business, and is the last of 3 Tedder girls to swim for Sherwood. Savannah Jackson has been swimming for Sherwood since 2001, swam for Reynolds High School, and will be attending the UNC Charlotte College of Arts and Architecture. Peter Harrison has been swimming for Sherwood since 2000, is the 4th out of 5 in his family to graudate off the team, swam for Reynolds, and will be majoring in Biology at NC State this fall. Coach Max Wofe has been a shark since 2001 but his Sherwood swimming career was decided long before that. His 3 older sisters started swimming for Sherwood in 1995. Max also swam and graduated from Reynolds and will be attending the Poole College of Management at NC State this fall.
